Brand new products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Digiland standard warranty terms apply (see below). All warranties are in addition to your statutory rights and do not affect them in any way.
Digiland Ltd. Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions
Digiland is a Factory Outlet store specializing in professionally refurbished products. All products sold will be functionally perfect but may have minor cosmetic imperfections. Packaging may be imperfect.
This warranty covers product failure, due to faulty materials or workmanship, during normal domestic operation. Miss-use, accidental damage and wear and tear are not covered.
Customers wishing to make a warranty claim should first contact Digiland Customer Services. Please use the Contact Us facility on the website or call 01952 231266
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to our Telford address. It is important to ensure the product is securely packaged and we strongly recommend that you ensure your carrier provides sufficient insurance to cover you for damage or loss in transit. Digiland accepts no responsibility for damage or loss in transit. You will be reimbursed for reasonable carriage costs where the claim is accepted by us as an “In Warranty” repair.
Under the terms of this warranty Digiland will repair or replace the product (at our discretion). In the case of a replacement, if it is not possible to substitute an identical model , a similar model with at least the same level of specification will be offered.
We aim to repair (or replace) within five working days (where parts are available). No replacement product will be supplied during this period.
Digiland does not accept responsibility for data stored on any product returned under warranty.
Brand new (unrefurbished) products are sold with a warranty provided by the manufacturer.
